Manuel is the founder of Cortex Media and has been providing media auditing and consulting services to top-tier advertisers in North America, Latin America, and Europe since 2001. Before that, he was Chief Executive of Starcom Latin America. He also led MediaVest’s Latin America and US Hispanic divisions. Over the last 25 years, Manuel has held management positions at several agencies, advertisers, and media companies.

Roland Janisse

With over 30 years of management experience, Roland began his advertising career in media and has worked with leading agencies in the US, Canada, Latin America, and Asia. He has served as Leo Burnett’s Managing Director in Taiwan, Regional Client Service Director for Latin America, and as General Manager of Conill NY and Nazca/Saatchi & Saatchi Miami.
